Legal
Privacy
This page describes the current intended privacy approach for uzytak.com. It is a working draft and requires owner or legal review before final public launch.
1. What this website collects
The website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels or non-essential cookies. It does not create user accounts and does not store form submissions in a website database.
2. Contact messages
The contact form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. If you choose to send that email, the information you include will be processed through your email provider and UZYTAK’s email provider for the purpose of reading and responding to the enquiry.
3. Hosting logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical connection logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, for security, reliability and service operation. The exact retention details should be confirmed against the active Hostinger account before launch.
4. External links
Any verified external links added to this website will lead to services operated by other organizations. Their own privacy notices will apply once you leave uzytak.com.
5. Your questions and rights
Questions about personal information can be sent to aleks@uzytak.com. The final policy should identify the correct legal entity, applicable jurisdiction and any required data-protection contact before publication.
6. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, hosting setup, contact process or optional analytics changes. A cookie banner should be added only if deployed technologies actually require consent.
